Hey Everyone,
Friday May 23, 2008 is a date that I will not soon forget. If any of my client's wanted to get some retribution for the workouts that I provide them then it happened on that Friday. All I can say is the ropes are on the way and look out! Here are some pics of the pain that is to come!

James, that looks really painful. I hope you are having a great summer. I need to find out when you have boot camp on Tuesdays during the summer. Is it still be held at Lori's studio? I have been traveling so much for work and pleasure, I have been out of touch.
