Hey Everyone,
Just thought I would share this e-mail that I found waiting for me this morning. This is from Wendy who has made some great changes and amazing results with her training program. I introduced her to the Z-Health R-Phase in Feb. 2008 and when I cam back from the I-Phase certification from this past weekend, well.... I'll let Wendy tell it in her own words:
"Occasionally, since I have been working out, I have some aches and pains now and then. Luckily I have James' knowledge of Z-Health to help me out. Just the other day I was having trouble with my right knee. After a few Z-Health maneuvers I felt much better and was able to bend and squat without pain. I also notice more flexibility and better range of motion after warming up with Z-Health. My job requires allot of sitting and typing so I have incorporated some of the Z-Health moves when I need to get up and take a break. Thanks for all of your help James, you're a great coach!"
